Sooo beautiful! I love how realistic the logs look! I love the amber effect when they're lit. The temp blows out hot, but my one star removal is because there's not a way to easily go up and down in temp on the remote or on the unit, when you push the button it just goes up in degrees to eventually reset back down. You can go down one if you went too high in temp. The entire base of unit gets super hot. But it is self-contained heat, meaning it doesn't make the surround or the thing it's sitting on hot. Only any areas right in front of the heating element get hot, so can't have wood or other combustibles in that area. But if you have wood or other combustible material underneath or to the sides or to the back, it will not get hot. So that's nice. It's compact in width but deep. The feet extend further than the unit itself, so note that if building your fireplace yourself like I'm working on. Otherwise, still love it! (Ps, after you turn it off, it takes a minute or so for the blower to stop. Then it takes a little while got the metal frame to stop being hot. But, love the ambiance!. Megan. US. Fri Oct 16 2026

Purchase the fireplace insert together with its decorative trim as a complete set for a hassle-free experience. This electric fireplace insert boasts a simple and classic design that effortlessly complements a variety of home decor styles—from loft and vintage to minimalist. Each combination creates a distinct visual ambiance. Furthermore, you can freely customize the flame color, flame brightness, log crackling sound, and even the added effect of wind sound for a fully personalized atmosphere.

This is a really nice insert! Fit perfectly, easy to install, looks nice. Haven’t used heat yet. My thoughts so far for suggested improvements the “crackling” sounds are not good, we won’t use those. Would also like more light modes. Such as slowing the flame movement down. Both would be great improvements. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase.. Sara. Missouri. Mon Oct 26 2026

Just the perfect size for the fireplace wall that we are building. Fake wood inside makes it more realistic than crystals. The only one that I dont like is that its a little noisy. I cant handle this noise for a long time. Still keep it since its visually what I am looking for but if you want a fireplace no noise its not this one.. Oksana. Panama City Beach, FL.
