The recliner comes in several pieces. Installing the back to the bottom part was simple. I did struggle a little with adding the sides of the chair, I had to get my daughter to help me. The chair is comfortable but I do feel like the back lays back a little too much when lifting your legs up. I like the rocking motion and that chair swivels. Love this chair ! I agonized over what recliner to get.
