I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. Very happy with this set. Came with everything we need and lids for everything. My family has been cooking with this set for several months now and it took some adjustment going from non-stick to a quality stainless but i wont be going back.
