Wow. It’s a really good piece for my cats I love it. Anonymous. Wed Jul 15 2026

Large Cat Cage Playpen, Indoor/Outdoor Enclosure with Doors, Hammock, Suitable for Cats, Kittens, Ferrets, and Small Animals

If you don’t use the zip ties, the platforms and ramps will not stay in place with rowdy kittens! I foster kittens, so while this was a good thought, I would recommend it for older cats or even ferrets. I worried too much about the kittens falling from the top level, so I removed it. A shorter, wider cage would suit playful kittens much better. Ashley. Marietta, OH. Fri Jul 03 2026

Overall, easy enough to put together but it will take an hour or two because it’s tedious. We built it with 3 panels by 3 panels instead of 3 panels by 4 panels. We also put the doors where we wanted them for our placement. It wasn’t a super complicated change. TIP If you might need to get in part way to grab your cat think about stacking doors. together. The hardest part is getting the pieces all the way clicked in but the hammer they provide really does help. If you have bad arthritis or something get a friend to help. The picture directions are not the most clear but the directions are not too complicated. Overall suggestions Build the first layer as instructed. Then start with cat landing walls and one more wall ( build 3 sides) so you can get inside it to build the inner parts but still have an easy exit ( if you can easily leave out of the cat doors you could build it level by level). Then put the roof together and attach it to the top. Finally zip tie everything into place. The ladders would be more for a kitten or a small cat as a bigger cat should be able to leap from level to level. I chose to omit them because my cats can make the transition between levels just fine. This far I’m happy with it but I’ll update if I run into any wear and tear issues quickly.. Brigitte. Super easy to put together! We got this enclosure for a kitty recovering from surgery, then ended up leaving it standing because all the kitties actually enjoy hanging out inon it! It’s very spacious and the solid loungeroof panels are slightly textured so not too slippery for the pets. Pro tip if, like ours, your cats enjoy being on top of the whole thing, do make use of the zip ties provided in the kit so that the top panels stay put and together. Great value!. Allison. Heavy Duty Indestructible Dog Crate Creating a comfortable and safe place to play and rest for your pets

She loves it. Reason for the 4star is the latches are not well made or are cheaply made. Lastly the instructions do not have wording and one of the pictures I believe is incorrect. It’s a good size for us and is strong.. Conniem. Fredericksburg Va. Sat Aug 08 2026

Great quality cage for our pet bird. Easy to assemble and clean. The felt material on the ramps easily comes off which is nice so the ramps don’t get dirty. The latches are secure, and there are lots of doors for easy access to the enclosure. Super happy with the product!. Miranda. Fort Wayne, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

With the pet fence, your small pet will have plenty of room for playing and keeping active. The grid design help you keep a closer eye on your pets. Perfectly suit as dog cage playpen, small pet pen, metal playpen for guinea pigs, metal grid panel cage.

I ordered this to donate to the foster program at our local shelter. Foster families can always use enclosures to comfortably confine litters during puppy/kitten season. This one looks like it would be great for mothers & kittens during their first 6 weeks. Small breed dogs too. All the parts look good, and the enclosure should be fairly easy to construct with the provided hardware (I haven't put it together yet as it's a gift). Being able to store some supplies right on top is a big plus. Looks good to go, and I'll be happy to donate it. :) **Put it together after all, and I want to say again - young kittens and small breed puppies. It's plenty sturdy for them, but older kittens will climb right out, and larger puppies rough-housing will be able to push it around. This would be nice to set up in a communal area if you have other animals. Mothers can feel protected from them in the enclosed area, while curious babies have a protected area to roam. Plenty of room for beds, litter boxes, etc.. It's a little hard to pull apart between uses, but it all fits into a fairly small box for storage. ** I don't think I recieved a door latch?? Can't be sure in case one of my cats knocked it off the table when I was photographing parts and lost it somewhere playing with it, but I should have found it by now.... Carole. Grants Pass, OR. This 2-tier small animal cage with a stylish New Zealand wood finish is perfect for rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and squirrels. It features a sturdy metal frame, double-door design for easy access and cleaning, and a top enclosed locker to store pet supplies securely. Metal ramps offer non-slip, durable access between levels, while slide-out trays simplify daily care. Four 360° universal wheels (2 with locks) allow easy transport and secure placement. The embedded hammock buckle adds extra comfort, and the elegant round locks ensure safety. A spacious, functional home that blends seamlessly with your home decor while meeting your small pet’s needs.

We bought this for two rats and it's very spacious and pretty much perfect for them. Assembly was very simple and straightforward. The doors seem a bit cheap and flimsy. Not that a rat can breakout of them, but they don't align perfectly and there is a bit of "flex". Doesn't have any impact on our use case, but worth noting. The storage on the bottom is handy for extras, the wheels are nice for pulling the cage out and vacuuming under it and behind it. The look is very nice and it's not your average rodent cage. The only thing that I would add for future iterations of this cage is more hooks to the top for toys. On the top level there are 4 hooks for the hammock it comes with and nothing else, so you have to add your own and do something else. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with our purchase.. Kara. IN. Worst product I have bought, the cage falls apart easily it’s not worth 100. The floor panels do not hold the weight of my cats and actually have fallen apart. Too many pieces to just take apart to send back. Zip ties are the only reason the cage is staying together.. Terry. Thu Oct 22 2026
