Update the replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and I didn’t have any problem putting it together after that. I especially like that there’s a little pocket on the hammock. I accidentally submitted this review too early. The chair arrived about a week ago, but parts of the stand were dented and can’t fit together. This chair is an absolute must for a backyard. It has plenty of room to sit comfortably and the neck pillow is just perfect for me to rest on. Every single time I'm in it I want to go to sleep. I did have a problem with one of them. The bottom part would not connect to the upper and the chair was useless. I was supposed to get a replacement part but it never came. I had to call and was told the company canceled my order but I was never notified. So a whole new chair was going to ship out to me but once again it was sold out. Once assembled the chair is nice and essentially as described, but buyer beware the assembly is extremely difficult! The instructions are minimal and essentially incomplete, and the tools that come with it are cheap and strip easily. Nice swing overall. Wish the back cushion covered a larger area. Should chose if supported is needed at neck or head, not both. It’s little uncomfortable to sit longer. Wish the hardware was shipped in a more structured way. It’s advertised to take 15 mins to install but it took close to 40 mins or so as sorting hardware took some good amount of time.. Santhosh. Item arrived missing the footing piece for two of the support legs. Wayfair support dutifully handled contacting the manufacturer to obtain the missing parts. They arrived over three weeks later. Putting the chair together was quite easy and took less than 30 minutes. My wife is very pleased with how comfortable it is.
