The shipping of this item was ridiculous. Loose pieces in the box, some on my porch when it was dropped off, wrapped extremely poorly like someone took it down from their ceiling, took everything apart and threw it in a box. You have to fully assemble every single piece, including threading the wire. This was a 3 hour assembly project with extra parts we had to purchase just to get it to assemble correctly.
