The couch is exceptional! It is my first time buying a couch without "trying it out" first, and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is! We went thru quite a debacle to get it delivered tho, and had to wait almost 2 months. With that being said, I feel like they made it right for us and helped every step of the way! This couch is exactly what we were looking for. With 5 power reclining sections, cloth, and it being gray in color, it was really a great price compared to others that we looked at with the same options. I also love that it is modular, so we can rearrange the sections in any configuration we'd like if we put it somewhere else in the future. As for the cushion, this couch is on the firmer side, but that is what we were looking for. The delivery went smoothly, the installation was quick, nothing was missing or damaged.. Derek. Idaho. This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!.
