This rug is really lovely. I got the 5' x7'6" size. I was so pleased with the quality and the fact that the colors were very true to the pictures. Creams, dark greens, light greens, even a slight amount of seafoam blue/green but to be sure, it's predominately green. The darkest shade would pick up browns or dark greys or even black if those shades are in your space and you want to match well. Regardless, I liked it and the price so much that I bought two. That little old lady (dog) in the photo is 18 and sometimes can't make it to her doggy door fast enough. Accidents. Speaking of which, she did nail the edge of the rug once already and I used my electric carpet cleaner on the spot. Colors and rug held up just fine after the cleaning. LOOOOOOVE! This rug is amazing. It’s super soft and comfy to sit on. We have a toddler so we’re on the ground a lot and this rug has made it easier for play time. We didn’t add a rug pad, and I don’t think it needs one. I was worried that the Ivory would be too bright of a white or too creamy of a yellow and it’s neither. It’s just right for our home. Paired next to a grey couch and dark wood coffee table so help you see better. It didn’t shed at all and laid flat pretty quickly. definitely has a new rug smell but it’s more of just a plasticy smell and it wore off within about 3 days. My family didn’t notice the smell but I have a sharper sense of smell so just for reference. It’s handled stains really well (with Folex, if you don’t have it - get it). Chocolate ice cream has been spilled and red marker and both came up and is unnoticeable surprisingly. It vacuums fine, but use your high carpet setting or low on a Dyson (not boost).
