Very sturdy enclosed litter box. It has survived 3 moves across the country and is still in very good condition. Our cats love it. Love this little cathouse! My husband and I built a deck to elevate the house for our two stray cats. They haven’t gone inside yet, but have been up on the deck to eat and check out the house. I have no doubt once they try it out they will love it❤️. It seems to be a fairly sturdy little house and was pretty easy to put together. This is a very nice cat shelter for the feral cat that has moved into my yard . Very simple to assemble, sturdy and looks like it will hold up in the Midwest weather. This is a true sanctuary for feral cats backed by research and designed for the real essential survival needs of the Outdoor feral cat. The exterior is made of fir wood suitable for outdoor use. Very easy to assemble, one person can assemble it in half an hour.

My feral cat had kittens in this box about 4 months ago and has been sleeping in it at night ever since. She goes underneath to lay in the shade, and also sits on top of the house to get a view. It’s cute watching her teach her kitten how to use it. Whole thing is insulated in the interior and made of wood. The wood will start to split in the weather which hasn’t affected it structurally so far, but if you’re handy it would make sense to cover the exterior with a coat of poly. This was SUPER easy to put together, took maybe 15 minutes, and just the right size to tuck away in the flower bed. The pieces fit together snug which will keep nasty weather out. Everything is included, even the tool to tighten the bolts; I recommend tightening them genty so the threading doesn't get stripped. The composite material that it is made of is a nice weight and will be easy to clean. I like that there are two doors and that they are placed away from one another so either could be used as an escape route if necessary. Overall a great product! My indoor/outdoor cat loves this house. It was easy to put together, the built-in heater works great, and it’s the perfect size for a larger cat (mine is 14 lbs). I even placed a camera inside so I can check whether he’s in there. I did make a few small modifications—specifically shortening the legs—because he was hesitant to go inside at first. My suspicion that the height was the issue turned out to be correct; the very next day, he happily went into his house. It's very well insulated as well. It is outside for the stray cats, although I don’t know if they have used it. Very nice. It is in a space with a few feet of space around it before it is surrounded on three sides by a fence and the fourth side is an AC unit. Has made it through hard rains with the interior staying dry.
