Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. this sofa is very big when i open it, i didnt expect how much space it take in my living room, so be ready for that. but once i sit, wow it feel like cloud type, very soft and deep seat, i can almost lay down without trying haha. the corduroy fabric feel nice on skin, kind of warm, and my cat already claim one corner. it come in vacuum sealed bags, like mattress in a box1 which was bit funny to see. first time opening it look flat and little sad honestly, but after around 24 hours it expand more and start look proper and full. i like that no real assembly, just open and wait. cushions are soft but still give some support, not hurting my back even when i sit long time watching movie. the chaise side is my favorite, i stretch legs and just relax after work, reminds me lazy sunday at home with family. only thing is moving it around is bit annoying, pieces are big and soft. overall i enjoy it alot.. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate.
