It’s a very nice set. However, I regret not having purchased the version of it with the chairs just wood, without the upholstery. I had assumed that in the future the fabric on the chairs could be replaced. However, the professional who assembled it let me know that in this particular furniture it’s not possible to replace the fabric upholstery on the chairs. So, once they get dirty or old, that’s it. I think, it should be mentioned in the online description that the fabric on the chairs cannot be replaced. Also, the professional assembly fee for the set was quite expensive. (It didn’t take the professional so long to do it. I think, the assembly fee listed for it was not assessed appropriately.) In addition, the fabric on the chairs are a bit shiny looking. I’d have preferred a more matte look.. Sarah. Sun Jun 22 2025

This set is beautiful, a perfect size for my space. It is as pictured. The cherry finish is not overly “ red”. Matches my cabinetry very well. Solid feeling set, chain/ gears for the expansion leaf. There was a small nick in table edge, should cover easily. There was a scratch , maybe just in the varnish, of the pedestal base, won’t easily be seen. The “assembled” chairs were missing the wood screws in most chairs ( 20 in total). Wayfair is supposed to be sending them out…. Tamara. Melvin, MI. Mon Nov 24 2025

This dining set met my expectations and seems to be made overall. The white glove delivery experience was very efficient and positive. My only negative concerns two of the six chairs in my set. These chairs are shipped pre-assembled and two have a significant wobble. One of the two has a factory defect where one of the leg screws was stripped and will not tighten. The table is vey solid and well made. I will discuss the chairs with customer service. Overall I am pleased with Wayfair.. Richard. Concord Twp., OH. Wed Mar 20 2024

This was the perfect size I needed. The additional 12" for Butterfly leaf is great for company. It is narrow and will fit 6 when extended. I am pleased with the set, but it is darker in color then represented in the online picture.. Cathy. Corona, CA. Tue May 06 2025

This dining set is a modern design fable about "togetherness"—now complete with seating that cradles you in comfort. ▲Solid wood dining table is a modern design fable about "togetherness." Since ancient times, the round kitchen table has carried the warmest family memories in Eastern culture—a family gathered around, no hierarchy, no distance, only the glow of light and the sound of laughter. Drawing from the timeless philosophy of "round heaven, square earth," we have blended traditional symbolism with contemporary minimalism to create a dining table that is not merely a piece of furniture, but an emotional vessel for family life. The Sculptural Spherical Pedestal — An "Anchor" That Holds Family Love Together The most striking feature of this circle dining table is its sculptural solid wood spherical base. A bottom hemisphere (flat side standing on the floor) supports a second hemisphere above it (flat side facing up), which in turn supports a full sphere on top—three "circles" ascending in harmony. This pedestal dining table design echoes the ancient wisdom of "One generates Two, Two generates Three, Three generates All Things," symbolizing a family's roots firmly planted, ascending layer by layer, with circle upon circle of everlasting completeness. But this special design is not merely symbolic. The generous hemispherical base provides an exceptionally wide footprint, ensuring rock-solid stability—even when children climb, adults lean heavily, or the table is pushed across the floor, it stands unwavering, with zero risk of tipping. The spherical surfaces are meticulously sanded to a smooth, warm finish. Every accidental brush against the base reveals the solid wood's comforting warmth and substantial presence. ▲Now, we have paired this solid wood round dining table with suitable upholstered chairs engineered for enduring comfort—because a truly great dining experience requires a place to sit, stay, and savor every moment.

This beautifully designed furniture will assure you of many years of use and enjoyment.

I looked for a long time for a table like this.I fits in a smaller space but can give more table space by the drop sides when I need it. Love it.. Darlene. Waddington, NY. Fri Mar 07 2025

Bring rustic charm and timeless elegance to your dining space with this expandable pedestal dining table. Crafted from durable rubberwood with a natural-grain look, it blends countryside warmth with sophisticated style. A sturdy pedestal base adds balance and detail, while the extendable design makes room for extra guests with ease. Perfect for family meals or entertaining, this table anchors your dining room with inviting character and functional beauty.

This table turned out to be exactly what I wanted! I got the “Light Ash” color. Originally I was going to get the “Natural” color but I saw the reviews that said it had an orange tone. I’m so happy I went with “Light Ash”. The “Light Ash” is not as light as in the product photos but all I wanted was a neutral tone and it’s perfect for our space! I also found these chairs on Wayfair and I personally think they match great. I will say, the table is really for 4 people with chairs I think. These photos are with the table fully extended. I’m going to put a dining banquette bench on the other side but if I was doing only chairs then I’d probably only do 4 or the chairs would have to be smaller than what we got.. Danielle.
