The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. I’m so happy I found this set and for such a great price!! It was hard to find this wooden style of patio furniture that wasn’t out of our budget. It’s comfy and sturdy and it fit perfect on our new apartment patio! I’m still giving it 5 stars regardless the issues we ran into putting it together. I’m absolutely in love with this chair! It’s exceptionally well made, with a sturdy, durable base that feels very solid. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I assembled it by myself in about 30 minutes without any issues. The cushions are thick, comfortable, and a true cream color, just as pictured.
