These are lovely lounge chairs! They come in one giant box, so be aware of that and the styrofoam disintegrated when we opened the box, but the chairs are perfect! My husband put them together with relative ease. We can’t wait to use them this weekend!. Molly. Columbus, OH. Thu Jul 23 2026

The Seat Belt side chair is one of many offerings in this contemporary seating collection by award-winning Thai designer Nuttapong Charoenkitivarakorn. The design was inspired by the intertwining spools of fabric seen when visiting a seat belt factory. Nuttapong’s striking chairs are easily recognizable by the braided backside and stiletto profile. The straps are woven on a frame made of wood that is reinforced with metal. There are monochromatic and two-tone versions, each of which is available in many colors. We offer custom color matching for quantities of 16 or more, and the Seat Belt comes as regular-height and high-back dining chairs, rockers, and ottomans. All of these reflect the ethos that the Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic.

Arrived earlier than expected. Comfortable. Stylish. Timeless. Extremely artsy and that’s the most attractive thing about this chair style to me. Brandi. GA. Thu May 05 2022
