These dimmable LED bulbs came in a box of 24 so they will last a long time because they have a very long lifespan of 15,000 hours. I can use these indoor or outside. and can be used in a damp area. They are very bright and that has to be taken into consideration if you need a lot of bulbs in one fixture. I needed eight bulbs and that was just too much light. What a stunning upgrade to our outdoor patio lighting! The features are what originally got our attention when shopping. The motion sensor and dusk to dawn features are exactly what we were looking for. We have dogs that have 24 hour access to the patio through a doggie door, so now when they run out in the evening their path is well lit. This set even allows you to set the brightness of the light, so it remains on and dim in the evening after sunset until motion is detected, then it brightens up; flooding the area in a brighter light. Beautiful bulb but doesn't work with our dimmer. The bulb is stunning both on and off. When left on for a while, it flickers with our dimmer when below 1/2 way, makes noise when higherv then 1/2 way.
