The chair and ottoman are and look very nice. It only took 3 days for delivery, which was nice. It was fairly easy to put together, took about 30-40 minutes. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. This chair has no height adjustable system. Chair reclining position need to be set manualy and by screw which need to tighten after seting reclining angle.
