When I reported this, customer service processed my claim immediately. The manufacturer is in contact with me to reach the best resolution so far, they’ve offered a 15 refund, but I dont consider that fair since I paid the full price for the chair. I’ll update my review later to let you know what the final resolution is. Ive had this rocker for nine months and I LOVE IT!!! I have spent countless hours here with our baby, and it is incredibly comfortable. It has two pockets on either side, which I love for keeping some of his bedtime story books in. The color is a perfect light colorneutral that will go with anything. I was initially worried I might not like having something so light in case of stains. That has not been a problem at all. Stains have come out easily with a little warm water and stain remover. I also love the style and that it isnt an obnoxiously bulkylazy-boy style chair. I picked this rocker for our baby’s nursery because it looked comfortable and functional but also cute.
