Pretty comfy. Easy to put together once I figured out their instructions. Their instructions were terrible and photos didn’t help. But once you figure it out, pretty easy. I ordered the 22" with feather insert, which was expensive but it's a very nice pillow. It took a while to arrive and came in a plastic bag - I guess I was expecting a box due to the expense, but it arrived in good condition. As others have stated, the color is a little more pinkish than shown and I've tried to show photos more representive of what I received, but then again, monitors vary. Soft material that feels silky easy to wipe down and clean my dog lays down on it and even if he’s wanting muddy if I just do a quick wipe down it’s perfectly clean again and has straps the clip around the bars so the wind can’t blow the cushion on both sides so I can’t flip over i’ve had mine for a few months now I always leave them outside and the sun has not changed the color of them at all.
