Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! This is a very comfortable lounger! It does take quite a while to assemble. The base color is different than I expected but not bad. The cushion is thick and very soft. Downside is that when it rains it soaks up ALL the water. Really need to cover or bring it in when it rains.
