The century retro style design wood torchiere floor lamp with a rotary dimmer switch and a bulb included. It is a perfect lighting addition to decorate your space with style and value.

I love this torchiere lamp! It’s a perfect addition to my mid-century decor. The wood tone and sleek design looks great with my existing pieces. The dimmer lets me turn the light up or down as needed. The ceiling is really high so a torchiere gives me that extra needed light. My only complaint is that one of the pieces was missing, but Wayfair quickly sent me the replacement piece.. Kate. Portola Valley, CA. Wed Sep 02 2026

A simple, classic style, the Glenn 300 Watt Floor Lamp is easily placed into a variety of décor and spaces. A matte black finished pole extends into a frosted plastic bowl shade that reveals a beautiful glow when lit. An Adesso patented 300 Watt Double Socket construction allows for two crisscrossed sockets, each holding on/off 150 Watt incandescent or LED bulbs which provide approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the shade cup to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Bulbs are not included. NOTE: Use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable led bulbs (DO NOT USE: 3-way bulbs or CFLs). We recommend using incandescent bulbs for best results achieving both settings of 50% brightness and 100% brightness with no flicker. When using LED bulbs, it is common to see some flicker on the low setting (a high setting will always have no flicker). A dimmable LED will minimize the low-setting flicker, but may still occur.

Love this lamp. Just the right height. Clean & simple for my guest bedroom. Gives off great light to highlight the room. Color is perfect.. Marcee. Palm Springs, CA. Tue Jul 21 2026

Each pole is topped by a frosted glass cone-shaped shade with an antique brass base. Each bulb (not included) is operated by a rotary switch located on the sockets. The glass bowl-shaped frosted shade provides ample lighting to any space. The swirling vane details add depth and texture to the glass, making it a true statement piece. The thick glass and the swirl vane details throughout make the floor lamp a beautiful addition to any living room and a wonderful conversation starter.

It looks great and works great. It was a little hard to get it together. The parts were hard to line up and took quite a few times to get them on straight. Haven't been able to figure out how to get the cord to come out the back. How the lamp went together the cord comes out the same side as the smaller bottom light so it's right in the front. Hope to be able to figure out how to get that changed. I hesitate to take it all apart because it was so hard to put it together. It is very sturdy.. Harriet. Bridgeton, NJ. Thu Oct 08 2026

Stained glass is handcrafted using the same technique that was developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the early 1900s. Glass types and colors are designed using metallic salts during manufacturing. Each piece of real glass is hand-cut and copper foil is wrapped around each individual piece. The glass pieces are then welded by hand to create one-of-a-kind designs. As part of the finishing process, oil is added to the outside of the design to protect the metal from erosion. The beauty of stained glass is its versatility when illuminated by light. Stained glass will become more vibrant when lit.

An attractive lamp, with intricate glass work on the shade and additional cross hatching and fluting details on the lamp stem. Simple to assemble and it casts a wide soft uplight. I have it sitting in the corner of my office and it adds a gentle background light.. Darren. Prosper, TX. Mon May 18 2026

One of the finest techniques to come out of the art nouveau movement, the stained glass shade on this Torchiere Floor Lamp makes for a stunning addition to any space. While steeped in a design with its barley-twist base and romantic baroque motif on the shade, this piece is updated with the functionality expected today -- a step-on on/off button, LED bulb compatibility, and a beautiful silk-wrapped cord. Each shade is hand-made by artisans who specialize in the intricate art of stained glass soldering.

The metropolis floor lamp is a sleek, contemporary style with a dramatic elegant bowl shade. It provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the shade cup to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. We recommend using incandescent bulbs for best results achieving both settings of 50% brightness and 100% brightness with no flicker. When using LED bulbs, it is common to see some flicker on the low setting (the high setting will always have no flicker). A dimmable lead will minimize the low-setting flicker, but may still occur.

Perfect touch for the look that I wanted. I wanted something somewhere between spare contemporary and traditional, which is usually to heavy/fussy for me. This lamp is clean-looking but doesn't look as if it belongs in a cold medical exam-room. I think it fits into the space with a more transitional style without sticking out like a sore thumb. I'm very happy with the result. The uplighting gives the perfect effect for the vaulted ceiling. The lamp is solid and stable. The on/off switch doesn't have the flimsy feel that many others that I've purchased had, so I'm hopeful that this one will hold up longer. I took one star off because assembly was a bit frustrating; I had more than a little difficulty working the electrical cord down inside the tube enough to screw the top of the lamp down completely - a VERY tight fit that took several attempts. But the result was worth it. . Innerchild. Missouri. Fri Jul 31 2020

Light your home in style with this sleek and sophisticated 71" floor lamp. A perfect pick for contemporary and modern ensembles, it showcases a slim profile and a torchiere design. The square base and stand are crafted from steel in a metallic finish, while the bowl-shaped glass shade up above has a soft opal hue to diffuse light from a single 100 W bulb (not included). To turn this luminary on and off, just pull the nylon chain switch.

Really lights up a room. Cory. Allen, TX. Sat Sep 12 2026

I really like the design of this lamp, in particular the frosted glass shade. Having said that, there were some issues and that is why I only gave it 3 stars. The first one delivered had damage, specifically the glass shade was broken. Not surprising as the packaging is not very good. Just a thin layer of styrafoam protects the shade in shipment and is certainly not enough. Wayfair is great though and as mentioned, I liked the design so much that I ordered a replacement even though I was concerned the shade wouldnt make it through shipping again but I took my chances. Fortunately nothing was broken this time which is amazing considering the foam protecting the shade is less than an inch thick. The second one I received was obviously a return as none of the protective plastic was covering the pole or base and the very top part of the pole which has 3 heavy glass balls on it, was completely dismantled and all the pieces were loose. It took some time to put it back together securely. As for the rest of putting it together, the 3 pole pieces that screw into each other are VERY hard to put together straight. It appears the threading on the inside of the pole pieces is not well done so it took many times and often jammed at an angle which then was difficult to unscrew and start again. Once completed, it is a very nice light and is quite heavy so will not be tip easily as some floor lamps do. I'm still glad I purchased it as it was just what I wanted for my decor, but you need to be aware of the poor packaging and difficulty in putting it together.. Merrill. Winnipeg, MB. Fri Dec 22 2023

Handcrafted using methods first developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany. Note: Shade colors will appear darker and less vibrant when not illuminated.

Absolutely love it!! Sometimes I just stare at the gorgeous stained glass dragon flies. I wanted a more “zen” environment for my home office. It’s the perfect addition.. Sharon. Clayton, DE. Thu Jan 30 2025
