I installed it by myself (female), my only complaint is: some of the pre-screwed part will need unscrewing to make the arm adjustable, but they screwed it sooo tight that I couldn't unscrew it. This frees up desk space and has a tidier appearance than the desk mount I was using. Easy to install and I especially like the way the monitors attach to the mount. Perfect for my setup. I mounted my work monitors (Lenovo brand that has a mini pc dock built in so it is much heavier than a normal monitor). I have never had an issue with it. It is nice and tall enough to rise above 32" monitors beneath it. When I no longer need my work monitors, I can push both of them back and lift my gaming monitors to eye level and, man it is a breeze. Can't imagine living and working without this now!
