One of the rails was broken and the bad cannot Velcro around it. Otherwise , I really like this . I’m hoping the company can send me a replacement B piece so I don’t have to return the whole thing. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece. I agreed to accept a white one because that’s what was available and I could have just painted it. It arrived today in the original back color. So, I’m changing my review to 5 stars!!!. Jennifer.
