This is a great gadget for that rarely used cabinet space above the refrigerator. While you can't fit as much on the racks as you would in the bare cabinet, it's the accessibility that makes it worthwhile. Also consider that what you store must be somewhat lightweight or it won't function. I used it in a rental property for melamine dinnerware so renters won't take the good dishes outside.
