I have been looking at these ceiling panels for awhile, thinking I might be able to use them as decorative molding on the hall walls in our new-to-us home, and I finally ordered them. While they are really nice and a perfect size in my thinking, my hubby pointed out that he would not be able to customize the molding for end pieces on shorter length walls. He also mentioned that, while these panels are perfectly smooth, our walls have some texture, so the botton half of the wall would not all be the same texture. I had not really considered those things! These panels are really very well-made, sturdy without being heavy, and will look great when used on a ceiling as they are intended. Meanwhile, I will be looking to find another possible use for the panels.. Jani. Glendora Ca. Fri Jan 23 2026

Really happy with how these turned out. I put these in our guest bathroom and they completely changed the look of the space. The rope-style detailing gives them a little more character than a basic wall panel, and the finish looks really nice in person. They also feel more substantial than I expected for the price. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once they were up, they made the bathroom look much more finished and put together. I especially like how the detailing catches the light without being overly flashy. They were exactly the kind of small upgrade I was looking for, and I think they look great in the space.. Michelle. Constructed from 0.4"-thick polyester fiberboard, it pulls ambient noise out of the air before it has a chance to disrupt your workspace. The panel's waffle-grid design spans 46.5” x 46.5” x 13.75”, made up of two 46.5” x 4.75” top rails and ten 46.5” x (7.5” - 11.4”) individual cells that create a visually dynamic structure serving as a modern ceiling accent alongside its sound dampening function. Hanging is straightforward with the included stainless steel cables, which max out at 79.25” in length, and the unit mounts to both wood joists and concrete/brick ceilings with mounting holes spaced 2" apart. The flexibility to orient it vertically or horizontally means it adapts to your ceiling type and the layout you're working with. I absolutely love my new ceiling! My house was built in the 1960,s and the ceiling in the living room was horrible looking. We needed to install a drop ceiling and we decided to try the waterproof ceiling panel with the revealed edge so it would not look like a basement ceiling. The tiles are nice and light, yet they lay very nicely on the grid. The fact that they are washable is a huge plus. My husband cut the tiles to fit around the border using his table saw with a fine tooth blade. He also used scissors for a couple of tiles that needed fine tuning. The product is very easy to work with and is a rubbery plastic, not a brittle plastic, very nice quality. Lastly, Wayfar is a top notch company to buy from. I have purchased many things from them and they take care of their customers.. Nancysnomad. Nevada. Tue May 18 2021

Lightweight and very pretty tiles. A little difficult to work with as there is no overlapping lip to line up the tiles so you have to get them as close together as possible. These tiles said they were glue up tiles but when the box arrived it specified, they were drop in tiles for a ceiling system.
