I absolutely love this couch. It survived a move and is going into its sixth year. One leg was bent, but Joss & Main gladly shipped another chair to replace it. It's so comfortable; everyone falls asleep on it.. Marquita. Atlanta, GA. Fri Sep 18 2026

The handcrafted nature of this product may produce minor differences in color and or shade. Subtle variations may occur from piece to piece and may not appear exactly as pictured, adding to its unique qualities.

I feel like a female James Bond! I love this couch. It is a statement piece. It’s not as dark as I thought it might be, which I like! And it sits a bit firm, but I like that too because I know with use it will soften up. I am 5’10” and it fits my legs perfectly.. Nancy. WA. Mon Aug 03 2026

The sofa is perfect for comfort, size and beauty. My only suggestion is that somewhere in your description of the product it explains that assembly requires 2 people. I didn’t see that until after delivery when I opened the assembly manual. In spite of that, at 79 years of age, I was able to assemble it myself after considerable time and frustration. Another small detail is that I was unable to zip the back cushions to the sofa. Very little room for maneuvering my fat fingers. Today is another day to try that again.. John. Wilmington, NC. Nice sofa. It was tight fit to put together so follow the instructions if tge fasteners shoujd be left loosened before next piece install. I woukd personally swap i believe was tge long brace for installing next piece and return to it after next piece cones in play. Sofa is little stiff as others mentioned, but still quite comfortable. Easy to get out of due to that stiffness. The angle of the back piece coukd be less not to lean so far from the sitting position. Happy with tge price point (sale). Nice color.. Radek. The plush feather-down cushions of the Miley sofa prompt relaxation and comfort. Finely upholstered with box stitching at the seams, this modern sofa is designed for visual appeal and comfort.

Extremely disappointed in quality of this sofa. Seat cushions collapse after every seating. This sofa is just months old and used by one person! I requested that the cushions be replaced with foam cushions not feather fill that is used on this sofa. The fill is not appropriate for a sofa with even the most minimal use.. Anonymous. If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Will always recommend this couch!. Kaylee. South Carolina. Fri May 29 2026
