This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. After I tightened those screws, everything worked well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I really enjoy walking in the room and seeing this new dresser.. Gabriel. Texas. Love this dresserwardrobe. I went on a hunt for the right fit. This replaced a tall dresser that had fallen apart after a few years. I got an additional one for my infant as well. File cabinet is a nice piece of furniture but it was a beast to assemble. It took me six hours to assemble it; two of the six hours could have been avoided if I have secured the cabinet to the wall. After assembling the cabinet and placing the folders it was really wobbly, so I decided to secure the cabinet to the wall. This is a beautiful piece of office furniture. Looks very good. Took about 3 hours to put together. If you are not good with reading instructions fully get help. It's somewhat strong, but I would only use it for hanging file folders. The bottoms of the draws are made with some sort of hardboard and the weight is not sufficient to hold much of anything else in my opinion. They are just slid into slots on the bottom. The size is perfect, small enough for my limited amount of space but provides enough storage to meet my needs. I will say when I opened the box it had a strong odor, like formaldehyde. I sprayed the pieces lightly with white vinegar and left them outside in the sun to air out any gasses for a couple of days and that seemed to remove the odor. The first drawer was a little tricky to get the slides correct but after I figured it out the rest went together smoothly. I put this together myself in about 2 hours. The outlet on top is a nice bonus that allows me to plug in my coffee maker without having to move the whole dresser to get to the wall outlet behind it, and there is enough space on the backside and the bottom to push the dresser flush to the wall when plugged in (note: it is a 3 prong plug).
