This dresser is by far my favorite wayfair order to date! Its such great quality, functional, and beautiful. It is a nice large piece that fits so much inside it. The top drawer on each side are more shallow than the bottom drawers, which is nice to have the variety to store different things. It would be nice if the drawers glided a little more smoothly, and it did arrive with a few very minor scratches. However neither was a big enough deal to warrant a return or complaint. This has to be the only piece of self assembled anything that I have ever put together that actually had at least one extra of every fastener included. I ADORE this sofa!!! Never before has a piece of furniture had me feeling such joy! EVERYTHING I wanted — perfect length (86”) and depth for my 6’1” husband to lie down completely stretched out, square arms (look how wide & flat they are!!!), plush cushions and pillows (like being hugged by a cloud!), the softest fabric, and an amazing color pattern (it’s like tweed; predominantly gray with gorgeous, subtle threads of black and gold throughout it, and my pics do NOT do it justice). I had visited a LaZBoy store fully intending to buy THIS sofa from them before I walked in — I was about to be the easiest sale they would ever make (#takemymoney) — but they said it would take 6-8 weeks minimum (!!!) to deliver this sofa or any other sofa. I needed a sofa ASAP after moving a long distance and could not wait that long, so I’d just have to settle for something else. But every sofa I sat on in every store had issues: Too short, not deep enough, low quality fabric, mesh on the bottom of the cushions (so you can’t flip them), a light fabric color that would stain easily and show marks/dirt, and/or straps below the cushions instead of a more solid structure. My heart sank, but you do what you gotta do, so I was about to pull the trigger on one of these dreadfully inferior options when I stumbled upon THIS sofa on Wayfair! Wayfair sells LaZBoy sofas?! And delivers in 2.5 weeks! And the price was INCREDIBLE! (I snagged this puppy in THE LAST HOUR of their Cyber Monday sale — AND used their 15% off coupon they send when you move and change your USPS address. BOOYAH. As Delivery Day approached, I could barely contain my excitement. Our days of sitting in cheap camping chairs in our living room were almost over. (WORTH IT.) When the delivery crew arrived, I wanted to hug them SO BADLY. (I didn’t. But I really, reaaaally wanted to.) After they left, I lounged on this beauty for 8 glorious hours (with bathroom breaks, of course; I’m not an animal) while enjoying a marathon of Christmas movies (and I don’t even like Christmas movies). Was tempted to give this 3 stars, but it’s probably closer to 3.5 so I’ll round up. Overall, I’m very happy with how this dresser looks and the size. It was pretty hard finding something that we liked but also had round corners to make it safe for our 14 month old. There is a lot I wish was different about this dresser though. For one, it took my husband about 4-5hrs to build because it had so many steps and parts (and he is normally good at putting these things together). Second, for how large each drawer looks on the outside, it’s actually much smaller in width and height so you loose a lot more storage than you think (see photos). Lastly, I was expecting soft close drawers because they’re so standard these days. It’s not a smooth close and is actually quite stiff the close at the very end for a full shut. Very cute for a neutral room. I will eventually replace the knobs as they aren’t my style but they work. I had a really hard time aligning the drawers to make sure they were straight. Even the straight drawers don’t slide as smoothly as other dressers. I appreciated that it came with anchor straps.. Keiko. CA. Mon May 04 2026

We were looking for something with more of a vertical footprint to make space in our bedroom and this was just right, size-wise. It looks great too, and it's nice to have real wood. Assembly took quite a bit of time, especially since there weren't predrilled holes for a lot of the screws, but it all came together. As others noted, it's good to be aware that the back panel is unfinished, so this dresser must be set up against a wall (which is necessary for safety anyway, with a secure fastener included).
