Mayfair's ease of purchasing enhanced my intent to buy from it. Other mega-etailers have made product purchasing a rather difficult and disturbing chore. I, now, will always look to Mayfair first before going down my list of options. I haven't had a chance to utiilze my purchase yet but it's made by a very reputable company and it was offered by many other etailers.. Anonymous. Sun May 25 2025

This is a great powerful portable air conditioner that doesn’t take much floor space. This is my first with the new taller, upgraded design. I got this for a spare bedroom where space is tight. The smaller floor space makes a huge difference. With 12,000 btu it will easily keep the room cool. The oscillating fan is a huge upgrade. I must mention this does not have a heat function.
