Inspired by our favorite winter jackets, the Casper R&D team (the same one behind our award-winning mattress) created the down duvet for enjoying the great indoors. Designed for year-round use, the down duvet uses naturally insulating duck-down clusters to keep you comfortable and cozy. The carefully considered construction of the down duvet was proven to optimize your body's natural temperature regulation - keeping you comfortable from dusk until dawn. The rectangular chambers drape perfectly across your body, while the seams prevent any fill from migrating. Combined with our highly breathable outer cotton shell, the down duvet insulates your body without trapping body heat. Lastly, the down duvet was no different when it came to Casper's signature attention to detail. Discreet tags on either end help identify the head and foot of the duvet, while loops in each corner help keep it in place within your cover.

Enjoy balanced year-round comfort with this washable wool blend comforter. A combination of Australian wool and microfiber provides soft, resilient loft, while the breathable cotton cover creates a smooth sleep surface.

I really like this all-season comforter! Its lightweight (very thin), and well made with quality materials and secured stitching. The color is not a true white, as shown in the picture. Its more of a pearl-white color. Though the cover is 100 cotton, it has a silky, satin look and feel to it. Its an ideal comforter when layering the bedding - especially in the winter!. Jody.
