I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. This mattress looks really nice and has a high end quality feel to it. I ordered this for me and my wifes master bedroom. We definitely needed a new bed we purchased our last new mattress around seven years ago right after purchasing our house.
