Very solid desk. Weighed 85 lbs in total, took me an afternoon to put together. Overall I’ve been very happy with it. Couple downsides- the instructions are straightforward but get a little confusing when connecting the tilting desk to the base. Also it’s very heavy- I got it to draw on 11x17 paper and it’s overbuilt for that (I prefer that tho). Wish there was a way to upgrade or add a drafting bar. This desk definitely surpassed my expectations!!! We are so pleased with it !! It is a very professional, sturdy, and sleek looking desk. I bought this desk a while ago and used it very successfully since. I like the way it’s designed so it can be lowered or raised quite a lot and tilted so it functions like a type of an adjustable easel for me, much better than my old drawing desk.
