Made for a small portion of sleepers who find most bed pillows too full. This down pillow is great for stomach sleepers or those with neck issues who have tried to buy 'soft pillows' in a store and they are still too firm. It is also great for adding a layer of cushion to an existing pillow. Other websites were out of items similar to this and were a bit more expensive anyhow. Since I am a down pillow sleeper nothing else works for me so it was important for me to find 75% down (some websites say they are high "feather" count but make sure it's "down" and not goose feathers if that's what you want). The product description was right on, it is 75% down not just "feathers". The only complaint I have is that it's a bit too fluffy (ie a little stiffer than I wanted) but maybe that's because I was used to my old worn out down pillow. The pillow remains plump when shifted about throughout the night! Comfortable, soft with a firmness which comes from the quantity of bird down. Something I didn't notice during the shopping process was the info on the tag (no way to see this until you own it): minimum 75% down. In other words, for a down pillow to exclude the word "feathers" from the description (for us folks looking for 100% bird down), it can be minimum 75% down -- the remaining percentage is feathers! That shocked me but something I now know. Unless the product description says 100% down (no feathers), expect there to be some percentage of feather parts (calamus, rachis, vane and/or barbs).
