It does the job! At first I thought the pegs on the vertical bars didn’t fit at all into the slots on the layer boards; it turns out they do but you need to jam them in there HARD. There’s no screws/nails; the rack is held together by tenon & mortise joints, so the pressure/tension/tightness is supposed to be like that. Love this shoe bench. Perfect size for the area I bought it for, the walk through from the garage into the house. Shoes were always left on the floor to trip over and now they can fit neatly in the shoe cubby holes. My husband's size 13 shoes also fit. Love it and highly recommend this product. This is the cheapest plastic junk I have ever seen. Thin materials, holes don't line up, and the whole thing weighs less than 10 lbs fully assembled so I have low expectations that it won't tip over. The space between the shelves is too narrow for work or hiking boots so the utility is really only for sneakers or low heels. This 2-tier wire shoe shelf with square frame is stylish and a nice addition to keep keep your entryway, closet, dormitory, living room, and garage away from a mess. This shoe organizer is adjustable in height and vertically stackable with the connecting screws provided and maximizes storage space in the same footprint. The shoe rack has a powder coating on the surface and is shiny and rust-resistant.

The 2 Tier Shoe Rack with Square Frame was easy to assemble. Some of the wires on one of the shelf parts were bowed and had to be bent back into place, but it was an easy fix. The shelves can be screwed into the frame in several different height positions, making it versatile to fit your space. Although this is intended to be a shoe rack, we plan to use it to make extra storage in our garage on a larger shelving system- a mini shelving system, if you will. The dimensions are approximately 27" wide, 14" tall, and 11 1/3" deep. The shelves can hold 50 pounds of weight (not sure if that is per shelf, or total weight).
