The mattress is exactly what I was looking for! Firm support though also cushioned! When first unboxing I thought it would be a disappointment because of the vacuum seal. Meaning thought it would be too soft like sinking in. Not the case! The website details are spot on! Waiting on a custom Murphy bed though this full-size is like I said- what I was looking for. I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase.
