luv the versatility of this unit and the ability to add more sections down the road. also love the simple but elegant design, my only dislike was the fact that brown is no longer available, also the instructions indicate that you would need to screw the top shelving unit into the basedrawers. I dislike, putting wood screw holes in the base. They should of designed it where instead of using wood screws, you could use machine screws to take it apart without damaging the wood.. William. Beautiful cabinet! Very solid piece and looks more costly than it is. Well worth the 8 hours it took to put together. :) We added it to a spare bedroom used as a workout room/reading room. It has plentiful storage for hiding and organizing things you don't want out in the open, while still having a nice space to display those miscellaneous collectibles one acquires on trips abroad. The light feature has 2 different temperatures (cool/warm) which elevate the entire piece. We store our board/card games in the cabinetry/drawers as well as craft supplies, small photoshoot props, office supplies, etc. The height is impressive! I haven't styled the glass shelves yet. Not super easy to put together. Some of the holes where the Dow rods go were not drilled out all the way. This caused us to take heavy top piece off drill out the hole and reattach. So the putting it together aspect is not easy and you possibly have to take it apart to make things fit. This was a bit difficult to assemble. The instructions was very clear and understandable but it broke in 2 places while assembling. Luckily it was in areas you cant see it and doesnt compromise the functionality of the piece. The unit is built in seperate pieces the bottom half and then the top part. You need 2 very strong people to flip the top half to set on top of the bottom half. It is quite heavy and awkward because you cant set it on the bottom of the top half because there are screws that need to sit into the bottom half to have it locked with the cami screws. That is how the screw broke off when we were trying to flip it and set it down on the bottom half. The doors are not glass it is acrylic. It looks very nice once assembled but the particle board can break or snap if not careful. This is the first time assembling a Wayfair piece of furniture that this happened. It took 5 - 6 hours.
