The out curtain is madeof triple-woven fabric, which can block 75%-90% light (darker colors better), which allow you to have a private space. And the crushed sheer is super soft to touch. Our curtain is machine washable in cold water. Please do not use any bleach and use single wash cycle. Should be ironed at low temperature if needed.

Ordered the black. My boyfriend installed them with ease at 30 inch width. I used lightweight sheers on the small rod and medium weight 96 inch length curtains on the larger rod. They hold up the curtains with zero sagging. I was concerned because several people reported that the rods were not aligned and caused the front curtains to hang either lower or higher than the back but I did not experience that problem. The only thing I would say is that they do extend pretty far (about 3 inches from the wall) but the dimensions mention that and it appears that it's necessary to accommodate the two rods.
