I wasnt sure about these when I first opened the packages. The smell was so strong that I had to put them in the wash immediately (watch out for crazy amounts of fuzz from the chenille!). The pattern is also printed on, not embroidered, and I thought it might look tacky. They came out of the wash pretty wrinkled even though I took them out right away, and the instructions say not to iron. And after all that - I really love them! These are beautiful and well made curtains!! They are heavy and lined and so easy to install. I love the fabric texture and color. It warms up our room and get noise off the street and these actually help reduce the noise. The set came with brass clips but the curtains also have tabs that slip over the curtain rod.
