I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. It’s good and looks exactly as pictured. It wasn’t too difficult to put together, lots of parts but directions were simple. Only issue is pushingswinging on their own is a little tough or extra work. I think because, the chains hanging down are shortit’s not a tall swing set so just a lot of pushing to keep swinging. I honestly can’t believe how comfortable this outdoor loveseat rocker is. I never knew I needed one of these but I am so happy I got it. The color is so vibrant and beautiful. Only took 20 minutes for 1 person to assemble start to finish. Has ties on the seat cushion to hold in place. I wish it was a little higher off the ground but that’s the only thing I would change. Satisfied the need and the kids enjoy it. Completed building in 2 days - totaling 6 hours or so with another body. Day 1 was more structure and day 2 was the final pieces that 1 person could handle. HIGHLY recommend the parts are organized prior to building - it helps immensely. Although, I don't feel like it is a product to last for years to come. During assembly there were times where screws when enter the wood and strip easily inside. Used shims to secure and fasten. Amazing! Super heavy duty. Very nice and sturdy. The grandkids love it! Took about 2 hours to assemble. All parts were there. Very happy with purchase. The only downsize is the swings aren’t the same width apart. That looks very odd! Plus the big swing should be set the other way. Not side ways but long ways. It keeps hitting the frame leg.
