Overall a very nice item. They are lighter weight than I expected, but Im not putting too much stress on them with the sheer curtains and lightweight valence, so that shouldnt be an issue. I really like the mounts which allow sliding them over the screws before final tightening. The finish is a bit cheap looking to me however I dont have a lot of experience with gold finishes (prior rods Ive used have been brushed nickel), so maybe thats just me. Ordered the black. My boyfriend installed them with ease at 30 inch width. I used lightweight sheers on the small rod and medium weight 96 inch length curtains on the larger rod. They hold up the curtains with zero sagging. I was concerned because several people reported that the rods were not aligned and caused the front curtains to hang either lower or higher than the back but I did not experience that problem. The only thing I would say is that they do extend pretty far (about 3 inches from the wall) but the dimensions mention that and it appears that it's necessary to accommodate the two rods.
