Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. This is great for me, but it would also be really good for a short person. It’s much more streamlined to put these in your cabinets instead of keeping a stepstool handy. I could not recommend them any more highly A note about this specific item compared to similar other ones that are available. The front and sides of these have shelves made from thin strips of metal. If you look at my photo, you can see a blue strap hanging down from one of the pull downs. I’m able to do this because these units do not have solid shelf and shelf fronts. I find it very helpful.. We totally love the new hallway doors! They have replaced 1980s louver doors and make the entry now feel so contemporary and up-to-date.
