We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. This chair is as pictured, pretty and pink! The aesthetic is more casual than the wing back chair that it’s replacing, but it’s so much more comfortable. I can sit for hours (with the occasional stand and stretch of course) without back or leg pain. It’s a gaming chair so it’s made for sitting relaxing. Finding a nice gaming chair for much larger humans has been hard. My baby bro lol is a super husky dude. He was in need of a new chair but it needed to be able to hold his weight. This chair took about an hour to put together. The directions were fine. The pictures were rather small, but all necessary steps were shown. The provided hardware and tool were sufficient. The chair is rather comfortable with the exception of the massage and heating pad, which is extra firm. It’s summer here so I didn’t try the heating function. The massage vibration is variable and rather weak even on the highest setting.
