My four-year-old granddaughter absolutely adores this house. It’s taller than she is, and all her dolls have plenty of room to play. There’s even an elevator! The little cabinets open up, and there’s lots of cute furniture. The fireplace and fire pit make the crackling sound of a real fire, and the spa tub makes a running water sound when you press the button. It comes on wheels and can be closed when not in use. We purchased for our granddaughter with the flexibility of being able to move it around her roomhome in mind. It is very nicely planned out and all of the little accessories that come are so well done. We have had one minor issue with a damaged part but wayfair was amazing at dealing with it, we cancelled the replacement offer as we can just glue the part. Our biggest request is that the description is changed as it does not fit 11” “Barbie” or 12” “Ken” sized dolls. Cream-style Dollhouse

This dollhouse is absolutely adorable! I was searching for a dollhouse for my granddaughter to enjoy when she comes to visit and this is exactly what I was looking for. It arrived well packaged. It took me about 20 minutes to unpack it and place all the pieces numerically for assembly (each piece including the hardware are numbered). The instructions are easy to follow and are in diagram form. Please note, you need to have a Phillips screwdriver for assembly. You also have to hand screw each piece to prevent over tightening and splintering the frame. Take your time assembling the dollhouse because you have wood screws that once they are in, they shouldn’t come out. Make sure to also check that each piece lines up with each other before screwing them together. I was impressed how well the pieces fit together and the pre-drilled starter holes lined up. The dollhouse itself is mostly made out of good quality laminate wood. There are some real wood pieces in the framework and all of the furniture seems to be solid wood too. It took me about 1 and a half hours to assemble it by myself. The manufacturer was smart to have the flower chandelier, a wall mounted picture, the bathroom mirror and the shower all attach by Velcro. They knew little hands would yank on them and now they can be easily put back on. Each rooms furniture is so cute. The colors are bright and cheerful. Even the windows are decorated so cute.
