I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding quality of this pet stroller, as well as how quickly it was delivered! I have a 15-year-old senior dog with limited mobility in his hind legs, and this stroller is absolutely perfect for him. The materials are high quality, the finishing is excellent, and the entire stroller feels sturdy, well-designed, and very well-built. Assembly was incredibly easy. All we had to do was attach the wheels! We took it for our first walk the very same day it arrived, and everything worked perfectly. My dog is a mixed breed weighing approximately 33 lbs, and the stroller is a great fit for him. I absolutely love this product and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend it, especially for senior dogs with mobility challenges.. Surian. Orlando, FL. Mon Oct 19 2026

While this seems well constructed for having just received it yesterday and not yet using it. My cats were both exploring inside which was reassuring to me. Not pictured is the floor mat within, though I am still getting a crate pad or something because there is no cushion. This was easy to setup and seems it will be easy to break down for storage. HOWEVER... while the item is in new condition, I was sent a returned product and paid full price instead of out of the box price. In my photos I'm including the printed email return form that was included within the bottom of the fully enclosed box. I am not James and this order was placed May 19 not May 11, James paid $125.99 and I paid $122.33 at what was listed as NEW and not out of box. There was also no printed assembly instruction within, which yay for trees, but just provides further proof that I was sent a returned out of box item. My order ends in 715, James order ends in 605. I don't have the time window to return it for my needs and that's just bad for the environment, but Wayfair should make this right. Full email address and order number partially redacted for privacy.. Amber. Chicago. Fri May 22 2026
