Love it! It looks so much nicer than our old wire kennel. Our dog is 60 lb (shepherd but on the shorter side) and our other 25 lb and they can both cuddle in it. I would not recommend for any bigger of a dog unless you are not going to put the bottoms in the drawersare not going to put the drawers in. This is a very pretty alternative to the traditional metal dog crate. It arrived in perfect condition (no chipped corners or dings, that others mentioned) and my husband had it together in less than an hour. It does have a yellowish tinge to it(not as white as the photos suggest), but we were ok with it. Our 50lb hound/shepherd mix puppy has ample space to stand and stretch out. I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because, I think with a little time and boredom, she would easily be able to chew or dig her way out of this. We are using it only as a sleeping crate in our bedroom, so I am not worried about that. But I wouldn't put her in this and then leave the house. I really love this piece, it is overall very sturdy and its beautiful. My only complaint is the putting the backing on. I took my time building everything to ensure everything was built to the best it could be. The backing punctured through the wood in spots where it was too thin. This dog crate looks really nice. It wasnt too bad to assemble, just took some effort to get things lined up. I am sure with 2 people it would go a lot more smoothly. Some of the pieces dont feel very sturdy, like they almost broke when I was assembling. Altogether, it seems sturdy enough, but the white pieces could stand to be stronger material. We ordered the white unit for the large dog crate. The first delivery by Fed Ex arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered. The customer service representative said it would be to us by 6/26, it did not arrive until 6/30. Also the measurements of this unit are incorrect on the website. I called to report it but appears to still not be correct. The dog beds that we bought for it to meet the sizing, do not fit as the interior measurements are still off. The gate doors are bulging out in a couple of places which causes the doors to scrape when they slide from one end to the other, would prefer to have the corrected or doors replaced, if possible.
