Sturdy but there seems to be millions of parts, screws and nuts with not great instructions. I put together but myself but would of been easier with 2 people. Quality looks good but will need to use zip ties eventually to replace the ties for the roof. Very disappointed that it went on sale right after I purchased and Wayfair does not refund difference.. I purchased this dog kennel before moving and had it shipped directly to my new address. After settling in, I assembled it myself. I was surprised it arrived in five packages, and once started putting it together, I quickly realized how heavy it is! I highly recommend assembling it exactly where you plan to use it, as it's nearly impossible to move once fully assembled. The pre-drilled holes and markings made the process easier than expected. My dog is incredibly strong and has managed to escape from every enclosure we've tried before. But with this kennel, I finally have peace of mind. He has plenty of space to move around and genuinely seems to enjoy relaxing inside. The metal roof looks sturdy, and I'm looking forward to seeing how well it holds up against rain and snow.. This is exactly what I needed. Two men put it together for me and it went together quickly. We are very to have a play area for our dog, a great space to work on training too since we live in the woods and fencing would be cost prohibitive. I love the cover since we live in the Pacific Northwest and rain is often in the forecast. We opted to put artificial grass down to prevent a muddy mess. The reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the entire kennel once assembled is actually light, the three of us could lift it easily to move it. The framework is seems sturdy but my helper’s recognized right away that with the winds where I live once the canopy is on it could, and probably would, become airborne, the pegs that come with it may be sufficient for some places but not here. They came up with a solution of 4 large landscaping boulders wired to the frame so it looks good and can still be hosed or blown out easily. I am hopeful that this will give us years of fun..
