Arrived quickly and well packaged. Our dog is only in her crate occasionally but due to some behavioral issues (shes a rescue with a terrible past) we will need a crate available, so I wanted something that looked like a piece of furniture. My husband and I spent just about over an hour putting it together. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend it. My -1 star is for when you pull the corner protectors off, be careful! I recently became an unexpected mom to a huge 9-months-old border collie. I needed a good sturdy kennel and wanted one that was attractive as well. I really love this kennel. It is very large, but it's what I needed. I had some difficulty putting it together by myself, but it is very doable. I also purchased the beautiful pillow shown inside in the attached photo from Wayfair, but the pillow is a little too lofty for my dog. Overall the crate is very nice, putting it together took quite a few hours but it came together. I took a star away because it’s kinda hard to open the front doors without putting your whole arm through the crate bars to unlatch the bottom & top. Also one side of the front crate door hinges didnt properly go in all the way so the doors are a little uneven.
