Rug looks beautiful and is super soft. We also got a rug pad for underneath (1/4”) that makes the rug even softer to walk on. Fast shipping and packaged well. We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase. The only downside was that it smelled very strong of chemicals the first few days. I had To open windows to air out the room whenever I could, and sprinkled with baking soda and vacuumed a few times.
