I am very pleased with this console table. As mentioned in other reviews, it is pressed board with a laminate overlay, but you get what you pay for. It's perfect for the purpose we needed it: To hold a medium-sized TV but under a window. We didn't want to totally block the window so the height is just right. Assembly was the only real hurdle, as it arrived with absolutely no instructions included. Thankfully, my husband's handy build knowledge saved the day, and he was able to put it together without a hitch.
