I called the customer service after I found the damage. The agent ordered a replacement part for me right away. I am happy with the resolution. Love the expandable feature and how easy is to expand. The assembly took just a few hours but I did need help because I am not strong enough to tighten those screws all by myself! I have been using it since and so far nothing has cracked or gotten loose. I would say the boxes were heavy but I could manage and even with all the moving around, nothing arrived scratched or damaged. Special thanks to the FedEx tracking that kept me posted on the delivery so I was able to get the delivery guy to leave the boxes where it was easy for me to collect. Last thing I'd say is that the colors where exactly as shown, despite of the fact that the table and chairs were delivered in different set of boxes. I recommend the product and the seller.. Tee. FL.
