Rug looks beautiful and is super soft. We also got a rug pad for underneath (1/4”) that makes the rug even softer to walk on. Fast shipping and packaged well. We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase. Beautiful rug!! However, the colors varied a lot from the picture online. It was not really a mix of cream, beige, and brown. It had more of a gray tone with blueish-green accent.
