Rug looks beautiful and is super soft. We also got a rug pad for underneath (1/4”) that makes the rug even softer to walk on. Fast shipping and packaged well. We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase. we are in the midst of decorating our living room and this rug has made a nice addition. we purchased the black & ivory. i would say the rug graduates from a medium gray to darker charcoal colors intermixed with ivory in a somewhat floral vine pattern. we have a dark grey velvet couch and marble coffee table and the rug looks great. for our purposes, i might have gone with the one lighter shade but i was nervous about the tones in that one. it's a nice thickness (thicker than other rugs of this manufacturer we have, but we love those too). though we are going for a transitional look, i would say that this works with both modern and traditional decors..
